These terms apply to the Tom Bowen Legacy Trust Fund Prize Draw due to be drawn after the BTPA AGM on Saturday 3 October 2026.
The promoter is the Tom Bowen Legacy Trust Fund UK (TBLTF), The Pynott, Stoke Road, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham GL52 8XT.
The Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 or over who are resident in Great Britain, except anyone directly involved in administering or supervising the draw and their immediate household.
Proof of age, identity, address or eligibility may be requested before a prize is awarded.
The Prize Draw opens when the promotion is published on the TBLTF website.
All entries close at 2.00pm on Saturday 3 October 2026. Entries received after that time will not be included.
Postal entries must arrive by 30 September 2026 to allow time for them to be recorded before the draw.
Each person may have a maximum of 10 entries in total across all entry routes combined.
Entries above this maximum, duplicate administrative records, or entries that do not satisfy these terms may be marked invalid and excluded from the draw.
Entrants may use the advertised online entry route and make an optional donation to TBLTF. The suggested donation is £2 per requested entry.
A donation is not required to enter and the amount donated does not improve the chance of any individual entry winning. Entry-linked donations will not be treated as Gift Aid donations.
Entrants using the online route must provide the requested contact details and number of entries so that the entries can be recorded correctly.
To enter without making a donation, send your name, home address and email address to:
TBLTF Prize DrawOne separate postcard or letter equals one free entry. To make more than one free postal entry, a separate postcard or letter must be sent for each entry. Multiple entries submitted in one postcard, letter or envelope will be treated as one entry only.
Normal first- or second-class post may be used. TBLTF cannot accept responsibility for postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or insufficiently addressed or stamped.
Entries will also be available at the BTPA AGM on 3 October 2026 until the advertised closing time. Entry is free. Donations to TBLTF are welcome but optional.
Each completed AGM entry slip counts as one entry and is subject to the overall limit of 10 entries per person.
All valid entries — whether donation-supported, free postal entries or AGM entries — will be included in the same draw on the same basis. The method used to select winners will not distinguish between entry routes.
There are six prizes:
Training, workshop and membership prizes are subject to the relevant provider’s reasonable availability, booking arrangements and any published eligibility or prerequisite requirements.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside TBLTF’s reasonable control, TBLTF may provide a reasonable equivalent of broadly equal value.
Six winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the BTPA AGM on 3 October 2026. The selection will be conducted using a demonstrably random process and under appropriate independent supervision.
Each person may win no more than one prize. Once a person has been selected as a winner, any of their remaining entries will be removed from consideration for the remaining prizes.
The six prizes will be allocated among the six selected winners by a random process recorded as part of the draw.
Winners will be contacted using the details supplied with their entry. TBLTF will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, TBLTF may select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
TBLTF will aim to arrange delivery, collection, booking or redemption of prizes within 30 days of successful contact, where the nature of the prize allows.
To demonstrate that valid awards took place, TBLTF may publish or make available the surname and county of prize winners. Entrants may object to publication, or ask for the amount of information published to be reduced, by contacting TBLTF. Where required, TBLTF may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Personal information supplied for the Prize Draw will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact winners, arrange prizes and maintain an appropriate audit record. It will not be used for unrelated marketing unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive it.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the TBLTF Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
TBLTF will administer the Prize Draw fairly and in accordance with these published terms. TBLTF will not change the closing date, entry mechanism or other material terms unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable and any change can be made fairly without causing unnecessary disadvantage to entrants.
TBLTF may reject entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automated entry, tampering, deliberate circumvention of the entry limit or other abuse of the promotion.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, TBLTF is not responsible for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including failures of third-party postal, internet or payment services.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Entrants retain any rights they have under applicable consumer law.
By entering the Prize Draw, an entrant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
